Welcome Fantasy football fans, Rex Callahan here from FantasyWeek.us with your rapid-fire Thursday start-or-sit rundown.

Major medical shockwaves just reshuffled multiple fantasy depth charts, and tonight's kickoff in Foxborough locks in your first critical decisions of Week 7. You do not have time to second-guess your lineup. Here is the news you need before rosters lock.

Sit Jalen Hurts. The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback is officially out for the rest of the 2026 season. A calf injury sustained in Week 4 developed into a blood clot that spread to his lungs after the London flight.

Sit Davante Adams. The Los Angeles Rams star reportedly underwent surgery on a ruptured hamstring tendon suffered in Sunday's loss to the Cardinals. He was placed on injured reserve and is expected to miss six to 10 weeks.

Start Caleb Williams tonight. Chicago's quarterback showed zero rust after his hamstring injury, completing 30 of 36 passes for 305 yards. He leads the NFL with a 72.5% completion rate.

Start A.J. Brown tonight. He struggled with drops against the Jets, but he logged a heavy snap count as New England's unquestioned number one receiver. Expect him to bully Chicago's secondary.

Start D'Andre Swift tonight. Chicago backup Kyle Monangai has been ruled out with thumb and toe injuries. That hands Swift undisputed backfield command after scoring twice last Sunday.

Start Drake Maye tonight. The New England Patriots passer has caught fire with 10 touchdowns over his last three games. He boasts a stellar 102.8 passer rating when facing the blitz this year.

Start Kyler Murray this Sunday. Fresh off Minnesota's bye week, Murray draws an Indianapolis Colts defense surrendering 18.4 fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks.
