Welcome Fantasy football fans, Rex Callahan here from FantasyWeek.us with your rapid-fire Sunday start-or-sit rundown.
We have London kickoff in minutes, nasty weather rolling up the coast, and several franchise cornerstones carrying questionable tags into the morning. Do not let inactive surprises ruin your week. Here are the calls you need to lock in right now.
Start Will Shipley with complete confidence. The Philadelphia Eagles officially ruled out Saquon Barkley with a hamstring injury, and with Tank Bigsby placed on injured reserve, Shipley steps directly into a featured starter workload against Jacksonville.
Sit Zay Flowers and Rashod Bateman tonight. The Baltimore Ravens officially ruled out Lamar Jackson with an ankle injury, completely nuking the scoring upside through the air on Sunday Night Football.
Monitor Justin Jefferson right up to kickoff. He is officially questionable with an ankle sprain, but the Minnesota Vikings elevated Odell Beckham Jr. and Jeshaun Jones on Saturday, signaling serious danger for his availability against New Orleans.
Start Dallas Goedert as an elite tight end. The Philadelphia Eagles ruled out DeVonta Smith with a hamstring issue, but Goedert carries no injury designation after a full Friday practice and inherits heavy target volume from Jalen Hurts.
Start both D'Andre Swift and Roschon Johnson. Caleb Williams is reportedly a true game-time decision with a hamstring injury, but Chicago faces a Green Bay defense that just allowed 242 rushing yards on the ground.
Sit Daniel Jones in Pittsburgh. The Indianapolis Colts quarterback has already committed seven turnovers this season, and remnants of Hurricane Isaias bring heavy rain and slick conditions that drastically amplify his fumble risk.
