Welcome Fantasy football fans, Rex Callahan here from FantasyWeek.us with your rapid-fire Sunday start-or-sit rundown.
Kickoff is just hours away, and late-week injury reports are flipping lineups upside down across the league. Key pass catchers are hurting, and several critical game-time decisions will decide matchups today. Here is the vital intelligence you need before locking in your rosters.
Start Rashod Bateman against New Orleans. Zay Flowers is doubtful after missing practice this week with a hamstring injury. That immediately funnels primary outside work to Bateman, while Mark Andrews sees a heavily condensed target share.
Start Dalton Schultz against Cincinnati. Nico Collins is dealing with a hamstring strain that leaves Houston without its top receiver. While Xavier Hutchinson and Kayshon Boutte step up, Schultz gets the safest target floor over the middle.
Start Travis Etienne Jr. against Baltimore. Alvin Kamara is officially cleared following an MCL sprain, but beat reports indicate New Orleans will reportedly ease him in cautiously. Etienne remains the preferred fantasy play in this backfield.
Sit Michael Pittman Jr. against New England. Pittman missed multiple practices with a foot injury that heavily limits his mobility. Backup Germie Bernard steps up, but DK Metcalf is the undisputed focal point for Aaron Rodgers.
Monitor Ladd McConkey before the late window kicks off. McConkey is questionable after taking a heavy hit to his ribs and chest. If he is held out, Tre' Harris and Quentin Johnston inherit expanded targets for the Chargers.
Start Joe Burrow without hesitation today. Burrow resolved early-week back tightness with a full practice on Friday. He is cleared to face Houston, so keep Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins locked into your lineups.
